Probably if they are deaf and cannot hear the swoosh noise they make.
I wonder how many people worry about that when they hop on a domestic turbo prop flight.
Seen many birds get out on my way. Occasionally they dont.
At least wind farms are stationary and not cruising a 250 knots.
BPH might be better off proposing a windfarm out there instead.
Actually an ideal spot for one Imo. Bet it would get the rubber stamp of approval alot quicker.
