Good to see. The executive directors forked out $40k each buying 2.5m shares apiece and the NEDs bought 500k each for $8k.
Only downside is that most companies have blackout periods where buying or selling is not allowed which likely would indicate that there is no deal on the table at present. So very unlikely for any market sensitive news or updates until the new year.
But the plus side is much better. Such uniform buying across the BOD clearly indicates a level of confidence in the company and their direction.
