When you see him, can you please discuss his definition of market sensitive material and ask his thoughts as to why the SP tanked over a 2 week period without any news being released to the market. My biggest criticism is that there was very little dialogue given to shareholders during the whole process with 3M, particularly as the announcement wasnt earth shattering in any form. He said in his initial announcement that he would keep the market informed which didnt happen. good luck.
