I did say that this was a back door listing for BLC cosmetics.
Evolis will be a product line in the BLC business and purchased through their online system as Evolis's system doesn't work. The clue is they are not spending any money on it to fix it.
The concept selling is in their last report showing how good BLC sales and profit is.
They just have to get rid of the non-essentials in the Evolis team.
All IMO.
