All down ramping aside, consolidation was pointed out 2mths ago. And if you had researched you would have sold prior to consolidation because consolidation is almost always bad for share price.
2nd point, I don't think it's in management interests to comment on share price.
3rdly, how far away is a capital raising. Seriously, ask that question because that means dilution
4th, most penny stocks do simply raise cash for "working capital", and part of that is to pay wages. That's how they stay in a job.
5th, there is something to be said about razorback. 13 years, going on 14years it has been in MGT hands. Still no mine after 13yrs. And just to enlighten you all, they actually did a sample mine and turned it into pellets at great expense because it was a sample. That was done 8yrs ago.
management have changed hands more times than I can remember, and each time it changes the tune is oh these guys will get the funding.
one other note..... At no time in 14 yrs have bhp or Rio or fmg attempted a takeover or buyout, not even when MGT was trading at $20m market cap. Why is that?
so many promises and nothing delivered. Nothing. Just share dilution.
and finally, institutions generally buy at a vwap discount and shareholders get screwed so be careful what you wish for it's not necessarily a good thing.
