Puzzling sp reaction.....
It looks like the market is playing a Russian Roulette game here, knowing that Ivz is onto something good if not huge, but biting its time to find a lower share price entry.....
I would argue that even with oil sample and tests pressure, once known some other info like geochemistry, temperature and porosity, is possible to make out an approximate flow rate.
This wont be good enough for the market but could be good enough for those that want to buy in sooner rather than after the news....
All this to say that although there will be the inevitable sp retrace after a declaration of "oil find" for a cheaper entry than current levels it all depends from with high the sp will retrace. In other words is good to know that there are investors out there willing to buy heavy on any sp retrace, this is why I call it a Russian Roulette.
There are going to be many other news flow and considerations to make, if we will get the good news in few days time and in the mix there is another exploration drill in Baobab that after recent data from Mukuyu-1, in my view ned to be reconsidered.
The company has been very conservative in the disclosure of further potential find with Mukuyu-1, but now that this info is available, imv it only make sense to abandon Baobab plans and spend the money on Mukuyu-2 either to prove the 200 level or to drill deeper looking for Lower Angwa...This if the current drilling contractors have the right rig for it.
Anyway first thig first.....where is that OIL DESCOVERY announcement??????
