VinES signed an MOU with Cavico at the exact time we were led to believe we would hear news on our partnership or MOU with them, and we have silence from BSX. All we can do is speculate on what this means for BSX in the face of this silence but the changes are that MOU, the likelihood of news on a partnership for us with Vinfast by the end of the year has apparently become increasingly unlikely and our hydrometallurgical expert and General Manager of the DBU resigned a couple of months ago. Why did he go? Is it something to do with the fact Cavico already have their own refinery? This is a significant change, particularly given the offtake. My gut feeling is we're not going to build a DBU which resembles the one we've been expecting, and indeed spending a lot of money on studying. If we eventually have one it will be quite different IMO. Otherwise Tony Tang would likely still be employed here. Tony left a while ago and we've not had an explanation as far as I'm aware. I'm unsure where we fit between Vinfast and Cavico and if we are needed
