    My guesses

    -Win win for them dumping, lowers the price of the notes conversion.
    -Providing good entry around 2cents that wouldn't be available otherwise.
    -Roughly 29mill left they can dump not sure if they will. Dumped at 1.91cent average.
    -Suspect Anova would be gone and some funds starting to fill the top position in the T20
