I disagree this baby has floundered long enough. And what U have said is exactly Y it will go up because everybody wants to wait for fundamental good news. The Error with that is the stockmarket is 6 months ahead of the real economy.

I agree BHP RIO may move faster but QBE's stagnation is gong to end very Soon IMO.
