Lets look at this $20m offer , They get all IP and have a tendency to employ existing staff They get $30m in taxable write down Thet get , say $10m in converted option revenue .
Maybe the question is better answered by trying to work out what monetary amount Paul would walk away with .
If he roughly owns 10% of the company , you can do some quick calculations , ie $50m = $5m , $100m = $10m , etc
Remember , it was PO who kept harping on about the annualised recurring revenue number , he obviously had good reason for this estimate and maybe Infosys have done their own calculations , maybe their number is higher ? Opportunities for Infosys with their business plan don’t come along every day .
