You're right, there hasn't been an announcement so far which has stated the monetary value of the resource. Only the quantity and quality. Investors who have trouble with simple multiplication have definitely been put at a severe disadvantage here.
The good news is that the scoping study due out next month will undoubtedly have dollar values attached (for the first time). Perhaps you should sell out now and buy back in after the scoping study is announced.
With respect to the timing of the offtake agreement, presumably you think they should have locked something in 12 months ago when lithium was half the price it is now?
