I suspect the following are dead in the water either the reason has passed or "less sophisticated" items have hit the market.
COVID BREATH TESTERS
CANCER BREATH TESTERS
HOME SECURITY
SMART HOMES
DOORBELLS.
I might add that people and business are making do at the moment, something that was mentioned by a senior BMW executive last week.
"Don't buy new cars when your old one is still running well and can be done up cheaply"
Regarding explosion of sales, that won't happen until Jan 2025 according to a well known poster on the other forum.
So patience is needed for at least a couple of years.
