Mate, there's a NSW election next March and a very on-the-nose LNP govt giving $'s away at record rates ATM (won't help them, they're gone, absolutely useless, chaotic state govt) - why even council's most everywhere are getting huge grants to fix up the mess they've made of their shire roads ....... Just saying, it's NOT govt support, it's a massive attempt at pork barrelling, anybody can get a Grant anywhere!
