If your thread header is "people can sleep anywhere", I would have no problem with it, 'cause then we can have a discussion on why people "can sleep anywhere". But to start a thread which says specifically that "Chinese" can sleep anywhere will just focus the discussions on one specific racial group, in this case the Chinese, and often will degenerate into racial slurs.
Similarly I will have problems too if there is another thread which says "Indians can sleep anywhere", or "Americans can sleep anywhere", or "Jews can sleep anywhere", etc etc etc.
