    Seems like Tommy is paying heavy interest on his Positions and is desperate.
    Its better to wait and let legalities at ICC play out & verdicts be delivered.
    Class action should only be considered after ICC verdicts are delivered.

    Class Action at this time will only hurt company and shareholders more, than doing any good.
