All you have done here is created a lot of polly waffle to avoid dealing with Jesus's CLEAR interpretation of what he meant with - I and the Father are one. It's in black and white, so to speak. I and the Father are one ..in Unity = simple. ----------------- There is a big difference between Jesus union, what He is with God and ours what we are with God, which seems you were not able to differentiate in this post. that they may be one, even as we are one: (Don't put words into Jesus's mouth, so to speak).

Union..........the discussion of union wasn't the point, you claim that by Jesus saying - I and the Father are one, means Jesus is saying he is God, Jesus's words in John 17:20 etc, refute your claim, which you avoided addressing.
