EMP aside, its a Western coordinated policy action to discourage investment in new supply (to various desgrees in different economies) and further the inflation and energy pressure required to push economies towards accepting a lifeline in the shape of a CDBC in a few years time. The only reason the Australian economy doesn't have all the cheap energy it needs to thrive and grow is engineered political mandates... ie propaganda. Very convincing, sustained, propaganda.
