    When you raise a concern with ASIC, on any basis, it’s private and legal. When you make that complaint public, and it’s found to have no basis, it becomes defamatory. By all means, keep it up there.

    Note the language of ASIC's response - "raise concerns about potential." It's hard to extrapolate from that phrasing that an outright claim was made by gallea. Moreover, why would anyone take you seriously about matters of law when you can't even read basic financial documents? Also, do you seriously think any of the parties involved are going to sue for defamation? Do you really think these people want ASIC to shine a torch into their finances?
