What does market cap have to do with the price of eggs???
The critical path is getting the Dubbo project up. Market cap does hardly affect funding for 1.678 billion.
Unless the organisation is supposed to be a ponzi stock like twitter and uber not sure what the objective is?
The first thing would be reduce the 1.678 billion capex for the Dubbo project to something more consumable, and raise the NPV value pre-tax to above 2.3 billion or so and that is not taking into account tax. Can't see anyone offering 1.678 billion for a 2.3 billion return even allowing for contingencies. There are better opportunities elsewhere for better potential returns.
How could the Dubbo project cost 1.678billion anyway?? Surely there is a less expensive path and variable short term gains can justify longer term expenditure reducing risk
