Whilst I enjoying reading these posts I don't usually reply. But for those focussed on STO making an offer for ESG, think about alternatives: perhaps STO sees their stake in ESG similar to New Hope's in AOE or AGK's in QGC, where they will make a truckload of $$$ and invest elsewhere?
If STO needs the gas there are other players they may turn to, eg MPO or AGK for example.
Whether ESG receives an offer from STO or another party, or continues to develop their resource themselves (lets face it they won't have a problem with domestic funding), the construction of LNG trains will mean further demand growth domestically and local prices will follow foreign prices as they have done in the west already.
So one way or the other the future is bright for ESG, even if some don't think that much of their Board. Some shareholders are only here for the short term & fail to have any patience for the required timeframes to execute necessary agreements for takeovers, GSA's or whatever may be happening...
    Enjoy your Wednesday.
