The returns are resounding. Have you ever seen the effect of 19% IRR over 20 years? For the longest time say 20 years Westfield 1980 to 2000 had the highest return on the ASX and that was 13% p.a. Even recently, a company like IGO went from 25c in 2004 to $10.00 a couple of years ago on say 15% p.a.
What's more, the IRR shown in the NPV calculations for UDFS are ungeared but the project will be geared to around 60% I think.
I know my figures are rough but at least I've been around to see the magic of that compounding that you have to do to understand it's power.
