In 2014 or so there was a big fight with a major investment and they eventually did bail on the Sizzler rollouts and just kept some profitable ones. It took management a long time to realise it wasn't working. It seems they may be learning faster this time given Taco Bell rollout has been halted but the margin of safety at the current share price isn't that high with inflation still very high and the risk of rollouts not going to plan.
