I can't believe this is still being sold into 10 cents. It is clear that VPG will soon be returning to positive cashflow and that dividends will return in time after that. I am amazed more people and institutions aren't taking this chance to get it at such a low price.
Conditions for REITS in the areas that VPG have property are continually improving. I see little risk here but think we may have to wait for the next lot of results before we see a SP movement north.
