The fact KBC had to scrape together 20 or so shareholders to get to 5% tells you everything you need to know. Essentially all they are doing is wasting everyone's time, including their own.
This should put the RE on notice though...they should as soon as possible call an EGM so that the size of the buyback is increased for 2023. While the stock is trading at such a significant discount to NAV, there is no other option but to sell down assets and buyback stock. The quicker the better.
