    3 options for ESS, and my estimated MC for each option.

    1, take over by another company. MC around 160M, double of our current price.
    2, DSO, no SC plant. MC around 300M, considering of funding dilution.
    3. SC plant , or DSO first then SC plant, MC around 500M, considering of funding dilution.
