There are 3 Hotshots companies.

Mooter will acquire 100% of Hot shots AUSTRALIA.

Hot shots AUSTRALIA has a JV agreement with Hotshots SINGAPORE.
When Mooter acquires HS AUST. it will have the direct JV with HS SINGAPORE.

Hotshots SINGAPORE owns HOTSHOTS USA (the game owner)and SINGAPORE will soon have a JV with HS AUST.
The JV is HS USA (the game owner).
