Nope. Its actually increasing again and thats probably because of the high cost of petrol/diesel and kids rejecting boomer mentality. Can blame the greedy bunch. The are more Oil Billionaires than any other energy. So follow the money as to why we have had no action on pollution on the planet. Fossil fools dont care about the Environment. It shows.
