TD of 3600 will only be drilled in the sidetrack as they can see what is at the TD of ~3900 at the 3600 depth.

Not so sure about that...deeper you go and more it change the chemistry or hydrocarbons, but most of all 3900m was not TD, in the sense that there may be more pay zone below....
This is a completely untested basin is only right that first exploration drill rests all structures to max dept.
On the 200 horizon, I look at a video commenting on whne IVZ was at that stage of drilling and this guy was a bit pessimistic about finding any commercial hydrocarbons at that level, talking about been escaped due to geology formation.
Not sure if is worth revisiting that zone/level if the choice of drill location has to be compromised in relation to apprising Upper and Lower Angwa...
