I wouldn’t call it a deal Plext.
nor will I open the file on a dodgy website.
As you know the majority thumbed up the proposal at the AGM. Many didn’t, but as usual with most company shareholders the tide runs fast for those that have reason to swim against it.
IMO this is just another grab for cash via an already demonstrated option failure time and time again (but for ECT options there are still twenty one letters left in the alphabet) with the galling goal of helping the gang who have options aligned to their superannuation funds.
Watch now for the orchestrated pump, the expert opinion and the kaboom, bang, rocket memes.
