Because GS and the crew haven't had their way with them yet.
PLS right now is so undervalued it's not funny.
Yesterday's announcement of increased contract price roughly 30% for the next 12 months, absolutely squashed all the BS from GS and the other mob. So this whole smack down to 3.80's has been proven to being unwarranted.
Get the feeling the chart is going to do a massive U-turn very soon
