What is happening to the civil action against the company that put the gel incorrectly into a number of producing gas holes which stuffed and significantly reduced production. The company advised us they were suing ...... no doubt AJQ and the other company had relevant insurance coverage for this type of issue...... but nothing has been released as to what is happening in this matter. AJQ then took money from another identity to rectify the damaged caused by the gel .....nearly a million dollars from memory.... paying a significant proportion of the money gained from the increased gas production, when successfully completed. And to top all this AJQ is, I understand, having to buy gas from other producers and then off-sell that same gas at lower prices because of a guaranteed contract made a couple of years ago. Competence personified. So our BOARD contracts an incompetent company to put gel into our producing gas holes; commences civil action to get compensation but does not bother to advise shareholders of any results whatsoever (2 years) ; raises under a million dollars to clean out holes for a massive cost from recovered production; The announcement of the gel issue occurred after our share price was up (0.068cps) to then suddenly fall to around 2.5cps and then an unexpected over subscribed capital occurred raising a huge amount of money at a whopping discounted price (underwritten by Mather and now DGR chairman for guaranteed 5% of all money raised). From memory this was one of three third capital raising within a short period to help pay debt and finance the de-merger (MacArthur). Little has occurred over nearly two years regarding the de-merger; results of the civil action; a recently released announcement that hundreds of millions of shares being given to 'employees' (directors!!!!!) as an incentive; still producing less gas than we were producing years ago; buying gas from others and selling same at a loss; and our share price is 0.006cps. Oh and all Board members are part timers and when contacted don't respond to shareholders or are seemingly unaware of how the company is going......refer to recent comments from shareholders on this discussion board.
