Ann: Response to ASX query re trading halt, page-24

The problem on the HC board regarding this stock is limited to 'up rampers' who refuse to look at the facts despite the clear evidence of mgt. using cap raises to fund incoherent strategy and enriching themselves with stock options etc.
When one questions the reasons and asks them to look at things logically the usual lame reasons get trotted out from;
- why are you still holding,
- go away you aren't a holder
- how wonderful mgt. is and
- let's wait another few years till they become a 'real bank' or drive the SP into the ground, take your pick

For NOV it seems you can't hold shares and have a negative opinion. You mustn't question mgts. decisions even if they dilute the value of your holdings, which is what I thought you did after buying stock in any given company.
You are told if you don't like it sell and put the money in the bank etc. I wonder how many of these guys understand the fundamentals of stock market investing?
