From the BTR ann this morning:
" ... the trading halt is requested in relation to a capital raising and potential change of control transaction involving the Company."

So, assuming the two ann's are related, it may be reasonable to assume BTR want to merge with us but need $ to effect the transaction?

Someone suggested above a cash and scrip transaction ... it mightn't be a bad option if the scheme brings about a benefit to all parties, as to be honest, i'm not really sure where KWR are going.

I wonder what will happen to the deal with BML Ventures Pty for the 50/50 profit share at Selkirk?
