Not sure if that was the correct schedule being referred to, isn't FHW a passenger terminal?
Above shows EAW 3 as the berth, and appears to show it will be anchored by tomorrow ready to come in to berth Monday.

"EAW has a rail mounted bulk minerals ship loader with a maximum capacity of 2,000 tonnes per hour."
So that would equate 15,000 tonnes taking around 7.5 hrs to load, so loading in a day appears feasible and that the schedule might allow for PH Monday.
