Probably (definitely) reading into things too much but I imagine the results are already in and the halt was so the President to announce it first. Remember after the 200 was barely missed SM said they were about to call the President to alert him but then didn't.

Wouldn't be surprised if it was a condition that upon discovery the President would announce it to the world first.

If there's no Presidential address in the next 4-5 days I'd be quite sure we missed the mark. So I'll be checking Zimbabwe news outlets over the next few days.
