    Normally I might agree with you on that point.

    However because OTC is open tonight the word discovery or duster in the announcement would cause all hell to break loose on that market.

    In this case IMO the TH is to ensure everything is checked properly, results are carefully complied into a report that complies with ASX rules. As well as some others have mentioned the Gov may need to be consulted first and given the chance to announce to their country of the new found wealth.
