Great to see the F4 filing up on the SEC. This only leaves two AGM approvals and the deal is done. Can't see that being any issue on either front as both are very willing parties.
The US$750m valuation is now supported by the independent valuer in the SEC filing. That's great for the SIZZLE deal and reinforces the BMNW deals independent verification of the Wolfsburg Project.
Just need a solid number on the DFS and we're pretty much there.
