Not necessarily... the below is the wording from MAY at the begining of the year proceeding their discovery. Their wording in subsequent positive announcements was the same too.
O&G tends to be a little more subdued in their hype compared to mining juniors.
That said the fact raised that if it was bad they wouldnt have halted is also debatable given the last thing they would have wanted is bad news last trading day before xmas as that would have made the sell off worse..
