good advice Mr McDog,
what Riv were you looking at?
have also been looking at a Riv.
It seems that the bottom of the Riv market was 12mths - 18mths ago - do you see it that way?
the more I think about the WCL presentation, the keener I become.
the preso provided firmer comments re WCL aspirations for LNG.
for me, once WCL firm-up their reserves "in the near term" they will announce some sort of LNG deal.
AK has always stated his desire to generate income and profits and hence dividends - he has stated that at AGM for the last two years.
so he does have long term plans.
If NHC achieves 19.9% and EIT 13.5%, then they will hold 33.4% of 250m shares = 83.5m shares.
Note they have underwritten all of the R/I, so they will place any excess with other parties. I think EIT can also go to 19.9% if needed.
Did anyone see that it is a condition that $30m of the CR must be spent on the Dawson Field?
I think that is good, because it will go straight towards proving up more reserves, and plug the shortfall of gas for the gas sales agreement.
It seems there is plenty of potential in the Dawson Field and ML for more gas.
cheers
