Oh rampage, tad presumptious maybe? Moving in with family and paying the rent for them i might add. Cheap rent, yes, but definetly more than paying my way. Havent i heard people like you saying we should save more of a deposit? Not attacking, just saying what im choosing to do seems like the most logical thing to do. I hear stop losses preached alot on HC and rightfully so. Lets just say my house reached its stop loss, and the upside isnt worth holding out for. Ill be in another house better suited to my life in 18 months, and if all goes to plan, with half the mortgage.
