    How is this for a scenario. El Presidente makes an announcement between now and Wednesday on discovery. Scott sends the ASX an announcement on Wednesday that a discovery has been made but not to be released until an hour or two before trading starts on Thursday.
    No rules have been broken and nobody gets a head start.

    Anybody see a problem with this scenario?
