And she should be able to buy it back from 3/5th's of FA..i think there was something in the agreement about her having first option on buy back on event of default, but forget the details.

Chemist Warehouse got gifted about $1m of shares just to range Sukin. So if they didnt sell, they would have lost most of that.

People now saying they over-paid and management were idiots. And i agree. But at the time almost everyone on Hotcopper was saying what clever acquisitions they were. Even the so called analysts were saying the buys made sense. Being in the industry i had an approx. ideas on what things were really worth. Brands like Mineral Fusion, Anadalous Naturals..just a waste of time with no brand power. Flora and Fauna they bought at the peak of the Covid online shopping boom. So in retrospect everyone saying "they must have seen them coming" but at the time the forums here were the cheer squad for those acquisitions.
