my theory is that Deeland and Class action OB are working together. OB can claim "if avz is not in suspension blah... SHs would have been able to trade and SP can be $1.5 (above 78c at closed). That's up to x number SHs (made up 50M shares) loose the opportunity to sell at high price"...
