Interest rates are indeed low by historical standards, but interest PAYMENTS are very high, and this is what is causing people grief.
I foresaw, along with a lot of others, this very problem arising when the First Home Owners Grant was brought in.
Now the most vulnerable, are the ones that will suffer the most. Very unfair.
