Will you be sending a letter to everyone complaining that GS is trying to manipulate your stock's SP up with positive reports? Jumping on positive sentiment to pump the SP, induce retail to buy stocks and thus raise the SP in pyramid scheme pump and so on?
That's why they'll just file your letter in 'my shares are falling, do something' drawer.
