Fair points, although I'd add - Comic is not an apples to apples comparison with PAC. The Management and BOD at Cimic demonstrated decades of incompetence, corruption and poor corporate governance. PAC's Management and BOD have not demonstrated such qualities in the past and I don't expect them to start anytime soon. And accordingly, the likelihood of a 'cheap' takeover that short-changes shareholders is less here IMO.
