Poor effort by directors to strike a deal when the sp has dropped 50% from the recent capital raising price. Had they said beforehand what their intentions were, not many would've participated in the raising.
Dud deal by dud directors. A merger with HRZ would make sense but with a company 250km away without a functional plant?
Cannot make money carting 1.3gpt ore over such a long distance. I'll be looking for an exit at the first chance as this is will be a total disaster if implemented imo
6 directors to suck the cash away only adds to the insult. Not much going for the merger as it currently stands.
