that is simply a blatant lie and not something you can support or russia ever has
they made Ukrainian the only
official language - it
is Ukraine and only 17% of the people are ethnic russian , ( a lot more russian speakers) , get used to it russia ... their own country and they are allowed to make those rules without any input from russia
the problem you won't admit to is russia is expansionist and still insists on a sphere of influence both in the region and also in central asia .... both are anachronisitic , undesreved in this age and both being lost .
Russia (and you ) need to wake up to the times and modernise and also RESPECT neighbours choices .
