You are dealing with God of the OT here. You talk about this Creator based on the OT. But in the OT, there is nothing higher than this God you talk about. In the OT, no one or nothing can demand God to take any responsibility for his actions. So there is no basis in the OT for you to demand that responsibility on this God.

Nobody is demanding anything. Responsibility is inherent. If you design and build a machine, you are responsible for its design, flaws and all. You can't blame the machine for its flaws.
