Yes, more people want to sell it than want to buy it.
It's not really falling every day by the way, it's essentially been in a holding pattern in the 3.30s for quite a while, up a cent or two one day, down a few cents another.
As to why it has stabilised at current prices when the issue was at $4.10, that's because we were ripped off. They lipsticked the pig, the salesmen spruiked it, and we bought it. One of top 10 dumbest things I have done in my 30 plus years of speculation. I just assumed that all the buzz saying it would flop meant that it would be a success... but lo and behold, the braying masses were correct for once.
What we have to hope for now is that management are able to increase the value of the asset somehow. As it stands, we apparently overpaid for it.
The big worry is that it has stagnated during a bull market... God help us when the market becomes bearish. I'm seriously considering taking an almost $20k loss; only stubbornness is keeping me in the thing.
